Live checkout remains closed while the controller identity, business contact details, provider arrangements, and retention schedule are verified for launch.

Checkout and fulfilment

Stripe processes payment details under its privacy notice. The store receives the checkout email address, order and product identifiers, payment and refund status, and relevant transaction information. Complete card numbers are not provided to this storefront.

The purchase service uses your email address to send private access links. Purchase records and access sessions determine which licences and private downloads you may access. Recovery responses avoid revealing whether a given address owns a purchase.

Licensing and security

RIC manages the Core licence, its status, installation identifiers, and signed licence leases. Licence and access services may process request IP addresses, timestamps, and security events to enforce installation limits, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems. Keep keys and access links private.

Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to fulfil orders and provide support (contract), meet accounting and tax requirements (legal obligation), and secure the service and address abuse or disputes (legitimate interests). An order does not subscribe you to marketing email.

Service providers

Stripe handles payments. Cloudflare hosts the site, purchase service, purchase database, and private file storage. RIC handles licence fulfilment. An email delivery provider sends purchase access links. The active email provider and any international processing safeguards must be confirmed in the launch record before live checkout opens.

Retention

Purchase, support, and licence records are retained only as needed for fulfilment, accounting, security, disputes, or legal obligations. Private access links and download authorisations expire. The operational retention periods and deletion process must be documented and verified before live checkout opens.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability by email. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Legal recordkeeping requirements may limit deletion.

Cookies and access sessions

The static catalogue does not use advertising cookies. Purchase access uses essential security and session controls, and Stripe checkout uses its own essential technologies. Any future analytics or marketing tracking requires an updated notice and applicable consent controls.
